Quotes and service

Website requests are not confirmed appointments. Estimates may change if the vehicle, glass, sensors, parts, damage, or work required differs from the information provided. We will explain any material change before performing additional work.

Text-message terms

By checking the optional text-message consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive texts from VA Auto Glass about your quote and related service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, call (540) 452-7782, or email vaautoglassllc@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your carrier's messaging terms may also apply.

You must be 18 years of age or older to consent to text messages from VA Auto Glass.

After opting out, you may rejoin by submitting the quote form again and checking the optional text-message consent box. We handle messages in line with applicable carrier requirements and U.S. law.

Website use

Limits

To the extent allowed by law, VA Auto Glass LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
